GNOME Desktop Environment

Today DANS Media to make Tutorial Debian Server About GNOME Desktop Environment, Desktop Environment is not neccessary for Server usage, though. But Sometimes installation or using an application requires GUI, then build Desktop Environment as follwos.

Install GNOME Desktop Environment.

root@dlp:~# tasksel
# check boxes kile follows
root@dlp:~# reboot

After rebooting, select a user to login.

GNOME Desktop Environment starts and you can operate on GUI like Windows.
